Overview

VidFlux AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered video and image generation services on a credit-based model. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for credit packages and subscription plans.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full 100% refund under the following conditions:

1. Within 7 days of your original purchase date (credit package or subscription plan).
2. Zero credits consumed — you must not have used any credits for AI video or image generation operations.

Both conditions must be satisfied simultaneously. If either condition is not met, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• More than 7 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
• Any credits have been consumed (i.e., at least one AI video or image generation operation has been performed), regardless of the number of credits used.
• Requests citing dissatisfaction with generation quality after credits have been used.
• Partial refunds for unused credits after partial consumption.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at support@vidflux.ai with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Order or transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
